Hi, I'm Measha
I help gifted Women transform generational pain into purposeful power—reclaiming their sovereignty through shadow work and somatic healing.
You've done the inner work, yet old patterns persist. Together, we go deeper—healing ancestral wounds and unconscious patterns so you can reclaim the trust you've always given everyone else.

What I Do
Through Neurodynamic Breathwork, psychedelic integration coaching and shadow work,
I create sacred containers where women can release what their bodies have been holding, illuminate the hidden beliefs keeping them stuck, and reclaim the personal power they have been outsourcing for far too long. This work is not about adding more to your plate. It is about finally coming home to yourself, integrating your spiritual gifts, honoring your sensitivity as the strength it truly is, and stepping into the sovereign, authentic life your soul has been calling you toward.
Vision
I envision a world where women no longer sacrifice themselves to prove their worth, where sensitivity is recognized as profound wisdom rather than weakness, and where healing happens at the root - in the body, the energy field, and the ancestral line - not just in the mind. I'm committed to helping women become the cycle-breakers in their lineages, transforming inherited trauma into ancestral medicine and creating a new legacy of wholeness, power, and authentic self-expression.
Mission
The overall mission is to guide spiritually awakened women through the messy, sacred work of integration, moving beyond the initial "bliss" of awakening into grounded, embodied transformation. I honor the void, the shadows, and the profound wisdom found in what we have been taught to suppress or transcend. I believe true wellness encompasses not just the physical, but the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of our being. My work focuses on these often overlooked, intangible aspects that are rarely addressed in conventional approaches.
ABOUT ME
I'm a Durham, North Carolina native who has called Atlanta home since 1989, when I arrived at Spelman College full of dreams and determination.
I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, then earned my Doctor of Medicine degree from UNC School of Medicine at Chapel Hill.
I am a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience. My medical training gave me a profound understanding of the human body and the intricate ways our systems respond to stress and trauma. However, through my own journey of awakening, I have come to understand that true wellness requires addressing not only physical symptoms, but also the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects of ourselves that conventional medicine often lacks the time or tools to explore.
The services I offer through Blooming Wata are separate from my professional work in the medical field.
This is coaching, spiritual guidance, and energetic healing work—not medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure medical or mental health conditions through these services. The work we do together is focused on spiritual development, personal growth, shadow integration, and consciousness expansion.
If you have medical or mental health concerns, please work with your own personal licensed healthcare provider. The services provided through Blooming Wata are complementary in nature and do not replace professional medical or mental health treatment.
Why Am I Qualified To help you?
My medical background provides me with deep knowledge of human physiology, the nervous system, and how trauma lives in the body. But it was my personal journey, my own reckoning with burnout, inherited patterns, and the limitations of addressing only the physical, that opened me to this work. Through lived experience, I have come to understand the profound shifts that occur when we begin integrating the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of ourselves.
My gifts of medical intuition, intuitive psychology, and energy healing allow me to guide others toward the inner wisdom, supporting them in living more authentic and aligned lives. This work is not a replacement for medical care; rather, it exists alongside it, supporting the soul-level healing that unfolds in partnership with physical wellness.
My reflections
I am the proud mother of my daughter, Ryli, who reminds me daily what it means to live authentically and courageously. Watching her grow has deepened my commitment to breaking generational cycles and cultivating a new legacy of wholeness and empowerment.
Beyond my work, I'm deeply curious about the metaphysical and quantum realms and love exploring the intersection of science and spirituality, where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding. I'm an avid reader and am rarely without a stack of books on my nightstand.
I value physical fitness as a form of embodied presence and find profound joy in traveling, experiencing diverse cultures, and learning new ways of being in the world.

This shifts with the seasons. Lately, I have been returning to Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zealand which explores the subtle mechanics of intention, perception, and choice, offering a reframing of how we move through this reality with greater awareness and agency.
My Secret Talent
I have a capacity for listening that goes beyond words. In that space, I naturally become a mirror, reflecting back what people already know but have not yet named.
